What to Expect at Your First Visit
Your first visit allows us to get to know you and understand your health goals. During your appointment, our providers take time to listen carefully, review your medical history, and discuss the best plan for your overall health.
Please bring the following with you to your visit:
• Photo ID
• Insurance card (if applicable)
• A list of current medications and supplements
• Any relevant medical records or recent test results
Our approach focuses on whole-person care, looking not only at symptoms but also prevention, lifestyle, and long-term health.
To make your visit easier, new patient paperwork is completed electronically through our secure system prior to your appointment. Our staff will provide instructions when your visit is scheduled.
If you have any questions while completing forms, our team is happy to help.

Insurance & Payment
The Clinic at Glen Rose works with most major insurance plans and Medicare.
For patients without insurance, we strive to keep care simple and affordable. If you have questions about payment or coverage, please contact our office, and our staff will gladly assist you.
We understand that healthcare needs don’t always fit into a schedule. Walk-in visits are welcome for many concerns when availability allows.
If you are unsure whether a walk-in visit is appropriate, our front desk team can guide you.
